Carbon Tint

Advanced nano-hybrid carbon technology without metals for non-reflective black tint, no signal interference, and outstanding solar protection. 

CXP™ & Carbon Series

SunTek offers two product lines featuring carbon technology: the CXP Series and the Carbon Series. For enhanced performance demands and luxury vehicles, we recommend the CXP Series’ non-metal, nano-hybrid carbon technology.

 

No matter which series you choose to install, be confident in the tint’s ability to stand the test of time. It’s a non-reflective, rich black that’s backed by manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty, including protection against fading. Both films block 99% of harmful UV rays.

 

The difference between CXP and Carbon is that CXP works hardest to maintain interior vehicle comfort, with a higher level of solar energy rejection. This translates to better heat rejection and glare reduction, which will be a priority for vehicle owners who spend more time on the road, are concerned about interior cracking and fading, or prefer to feel a more significant temperature difference after upgrading automotive glass with window tint.

The SunTek CeramicIR (CIR™) Series is a technologically advanced product line with outstanding, top-performing films. Our CeramicIR Series is offered in a range of 9 darkness levels, all non-reflective with an attractive appearance that helps protect against change in color. Passengers and interiors are protected from 99% of UV rays, and vehicle cabin comfort is enhanced with outstanding heat and infrared rejection.

CoolSight™ Series

Our CoolSight Series of automotive films answers the desire to upgrade automotive glass with serious protective and comfort-enhancing benefits, without changing its appearance.

 

SunTek’s CoolSight film is engineered with our advanced ceramic technology, minus the window-darkening tint. Providing outstanding optical clarity, it is nearly impossible to detect once installed. These qualities make it an option for windshield coverage in states and provinces allowing this as long as certain VLT requirements are met.

 

Sophisticated ceramic technology is what makes CoolSight capable of outperforming the cooling benefits of many tints, even without darkening “shade” to temper light and heat from the sun. It’s also the reason vehicle owners experience no interference with electronic signals from GPS, satellite radio or mobile phones after installation.

Window Tint Care Instructions

  1. Windows need to stay up for 3 days.

  2. Water pockets and haziness can last up to a month but typically dry in a week, weather depending.

  3. No ammonia cleaners like Windex.

  4. Tint is scratch resistant, not scratch proof. Don’t throw seatbelts at the glass, and watch out for keys, rings and watches. Basically scratches are the only thing not covered by tint warranty.
